This is the mother of all Annam cash coins, one of the few early issues and a key piece. It is known as the "Provincial Currency of Divine Blessing" which literally can be translated to mean Fortune from Heaven. If you want to have a gem in your Annam coin-collection, this is the piece you must buy, but it's gonna cost you some money though.
