This out-of-print heavy hardcover textbook has gone through a few owners: two individuals at the University of Toledo in USA, the library of St. Anthony's Convent in Singapore, and myself who bought it from a used bookstore downtown some thirty years ago. Although this book has highlighter markings on 98 pages when I bought it, those pages are remarkably clean and easy to read. Good quality paper. Nice front and back covers. No dustjacket.
