In 1998, while walking along a street at Chinatown in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, I'd chanced upon this attractive Guanyin decorative plaque for sale inside a small shop, and I didn't hesitate to buy it rightaway.

This plaque has many Chinese characters and Buddhist symbols stamped on both surfaces.

For your information, Guanyin is the Chinese Goddess of Mercy.
Bid this plaque for your own collection and keep it safely for as long as possible, just like what I have done.
