TIMESLOT BOOKING: 
Step 1: Select preferred date and session via https://www.superpark.com.sg/tickets-third-party-booking/
Step 2: Purchase your SuperPark Grip socks at S$3.50 per pair for quicker check in on your date of visit.  Alternatively, reduce the quantity of the socks to ZERO if you already own a pair of SuperPark Grip Socks.
Step 3: Key in your details + Voucher Number / E-Ticket ID
Step 4: Your Timeslot Booking confirmation would be emailed to you.

Opening hours :

Monday-Friday: 10:30am – 8:00pm (First Friday of every month – 10:30am – 9:30pm)
Saturday-Sunday/Public & School Holidays: 9:00am - 9:00pm

- Please be in your athletics wear or gym outfit for optimum fun and comfort in our park.

- No belt buckles, protruding hairpieces, or studs on clothing are permitted.- For some activities, we recommended emptying your pockets entirely.

- All electronics and mobile devices and other handheld objects are not allowed on the trampoline mats and padding.

-Upon receipt of your e-ticket, please visit https://www.superpark.com.sg/tickets-third-party-booking/ to secure your 2hrs play session.  Sessions are open 2 months in advance for bookings.

- This SuperPark Singapore Ticket EXCLUDES SuperPark Grip Socks, which are required at all times when inside the park. You can purchase a pair at SGD$3.50 when placing your timeslot booking.

- All guests are required to complete a waiver via https://roller.app/superparksingapore/waiver/ prior to arrival. For visitors aged 18 and below, we would require an older participant to help complete the waiver form. 

- Children under 100cm OR below 8 years old must be accompanied by a responsible guardian (aged 18 years & above) with a paid and valid ticket.

- Upon successful timeslot booking, it’d be deemed as a confirmed visit and re-booking using the same Ticket ID/Voucher No. would not be allowed. 

- On your date of visit, you are required to present BOTH YOUR ORIGINAL E-TICKET + TIMESLOT BOOKING CONFIRMATION TICKET for entry.

- Please arrive 30 minutes before your session.

- SuperPark Singapore adheres strictly to the Safety Management Measures (SMM) i.e. Face masks must be worn at all times, keep 1-meter social distancing.

- Max group size of 2. - Any visitor above 13 years old (who are eligible for vaccination) must be vaccinated in order to enter the park from 13th October 2021 onwards.

- All children below the age of 12 years old (not eligible for vaccination) can enter into the park as long as their accompanying parents are fully vaccinated. - Max 2 pax per group size (unless comprising fully vaccinated adults and kids or kids below 12 years old from the same household). 

- Tickets and wristbands are non-refundable, non-transferable and not for resale.

-Guests are required to read and acknowledge the SuperPark Singapore Waiver Form before entry into the Park. - Children under 100cm, below 8 years old must be accompanied by a guardian (aged 18 years & above) with a Regular Ticket (sold separately).
