1264693252 Complaint: For the sake of enlightening you, 1)buyers should ASK all questions before placing their binding bid. This clause is understood across all auction platforms like ebay. I was polite enough to explain this to you even AFTER you had won the item. This clears all doubts without the need to null the transaction and having the item relisted. This saves BOTH parties time. 2) It is also all auction engine's recommendation to RESOLVE all disputes like return of item for refund before placing negative feedbacks although doubts have been cleared prior to bidding. I have the right to forfeit returns after negative feedback is left, blacklist unreasonable buyers OR retract bids from uncivilized bidders like you (thats what these options exist for sellers). ALl bags has certain smell be it new or pre-owned. I strongly object the bag smelt like "Rotten meat". Definitely not my parfum but perhaps check your breath. Buyer jewel_parfum(26) 2010-02-19

I explained politely questions should perhaps be asked before she placed bids so that she will not retract her bid and waste both parties time should the bag is not what she hopes for.
